Email Services

Email services for employees are operated locally on the Microsoft Exchange platform. 

MS Exchange Features: 

• 6 GB quota per user 
• Full functionality available via Exchange MAPI (directory, calendar, tasks including sharing, etc.) 
• Users can recover deleted emails within 14 days after removal from Trash 

Email services for students are operated externally in Microsoft's cloud. 

Microsoft 365 Features: 

• 100 GB quota per student 
• Microsoft 365 A3 – Online Office suite with email, video conferencing, and a collaborative team workspace via Microsoft Teams
