Webmail Client – Outlook Web App
In your browser, enter the email server address: mail.tuke.sk

Enter your email login and password, then click Sign in.

Your mailbox will open.

The language version of the webmail interface depends on the language settings of your web browser. You can customize the display mode (messages or conversations) and the sorting order (by date, sender, subject, etc.) by clicking the Filter button on the right.


If you choose the conversation view, the reading pane will display the messages belonging to that conversation.

To reply to or forward a specific message within a conversation, click on that particular message.

Click the App Launcher icon in the top left corner to access different components of the application: Email (message list), Calendar, People (address book), and Tasks.


Click the People icon to open your address book. You can add frequently used contacts.

Click the App Launcher, then select Email to return to your message list.

In your mailbox, click the Settings icon in the top right corner to access general and personal settings.

You can set Automatic Replies for a specific period when you're out of the office.

Click Options to display the configured settings of your mail client, which can be modified using the menu on the left.


In the Mail – Automatic Processing section, you can enable the Undo Send option. After enabling this, you'll have up to 30 seconds to cancel sending a message.

In the Mail – Layout section, you can enable the Email Signature, which will be inserted automatically into each message.

To return to your mailbox from the Options settings, click the Back arrow.

To sign out, click the User icon in the top right corner and select Sign out.
