University Websites – TUKE CMS

The Department of Development, Operation, and Integration of Information Systems ensures the stable and continuous operation of TUKE’s main website, as well as selected websites of its faculties and organizational units.

After seven months of collaboration with a selected vendor, during which the department provided project management, a new university website was launched in December 2024, along with the modern TUKE CMS content management system.

This CMS serves as a unified platform for managing the content of all current and future websites belonging to faculties, departments, and other TUKE entities.

An integral part of this innovation is the TUKE Chatbot, which has been successfully integrated into the university's homepage. Developed under the leadership of Prof. Juraj Gazda's team, the chatbot assists visitors, students, and staff in finding answers to frequently asked questions and navigating the university environment more easily.

In alignment with the university leadership’s vision and the stable operation of the new CMS, we have entered the next phase: transforming the websites of faculties and departments, especially those using the previous shared CMS and TUKE design.
The goal is to replace the outdated system with a modern solution that offers a unified visual identity, improved functionality, and a better user experience. Each department will gain the ability to manage its website independently, quickly, easily, and effectively.

The new CMS represents a significant step forward in IT innovation at TUKE.
Our goal is to unify all presentation websites, simplify access to information, standardize structure, and improve navigation for visitors. TUKE CMS is a living project, continuously enhanced and expanded to meet the evolving needs of university departments.
